Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 24, 2026
Calculino is a mobile application for Android devices, developed by Khvicha Sukhitashvili. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
1. Data We Collect
a) Anonymous use
If you are not signed in with Google, the app does not collect any personal data. Statistics (correct/incorrect answers, difficulty) are stored only on your device (SQLite).
b) Google Sign-In (optional)
If you sign in with Google, we store:
- Google User ID (anonymous identifier)
- Display name and profile photo (provided by Google)
- Practice statistics (correct/incorrect answers, rating)
This data is stored in Firebase Firestore (Google servers) solely for synchronisation — so your progress is available across devices.
2. Data We Do NOT Collect
- Passwords or financial information
- Location (GPS)
- Contacts or files
- Microphone or camera
- Device ID or IMEI
3. Firebase Analytics
We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics (number of users, screens visited). This data is anonymous and cannot be linked back to you directly.
4. Third Parties
We use the following Google services:
- Firebase Authentication — Google Sign-In
- Firebase Firestore — data synchronisation
- Firebase Analytics — anonymous statistics
Google's Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Your statistics are stored in Firebase as long as you use the account. To delete your data:
- Sign out of your Google account in the app — local data is cleared immediately
- To request deletion of Firebase data, contact us at: info@calculino.ge
6. Children's Privacy
Calculino is designed for school-age students. Google Sign-In is not recommended for children under 13 without parental consent. Anonymous use (without sign-in) is safe for all ages.
7. Changes to This Policy
When this policy is updated, we will post the new date on this page. For significant changes, a notification will appear in the app.
