Calculino is a mobile educational app developed by Khvicha Sukhitashvili (info@calculino.ge). By using this site and purchasing Premium, you agree to the terms below.
1. The Service
Calculino offers a free tier and a Premium subscription that unlocks unlimited practice rounds, full history, detailed statistics and certificates.
2. Subscription & Payment
- Premium is available as a monthly (1.99 USD / 4.99 GEL) or yearly (14.99 USD / 39.99 GEL) plan.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
- Payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), the Merchant of Record responsible for all transactions.
- New users receive a 7-day free trial.
- Payments are accepted in USD via international cards or in GEL via local cards through Paddle.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Paddle Customer Portal or by contacting info@calculino.ge. After cancellation, Premium access continues until the end of the current paid period.
4. User Obligations
- The service is intended for personal, non-commercial learning.
- One account per user. Sharing accounts is prohibited.
- Misuse, hacking or reverse-engineering of the service is prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
Calculino is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for indirect damages.
6. Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms. For significant changes we will notify you in advance. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
