Privacy Policy

Calculino is a mobile application for Android devices, developed by Khvicha Sukhitashvili. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

1. Data We Collect

a) Without an account

You need to sign in (Google or a parent code) to use the full app. Without an account, we do not store personal game data.

b) After sign-in

After you sign in, we store:

  • User ID (Supabase / Google identifier)
  • Display name and profile photo (from Google, if you use Google Sign-In)
  • Practice statistics (correct/incorrect answers, rating, history)

This data is stored only on Supabase servers (PostgreSQL), so your progress is available from other devices. We no longer use Firebase. We do not keep your game data permanently on the device — when you sign out, data on the device is cleared.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

  • Passwords or financial information (payments are handled by Paddle)
  • Location (GPS)
  • Contacts or files
  • Microphone or camera
  • Device ID or IMEI

3. Third Parties

We use the following third-party services:

  • Supabase Authentication — Google or code sign-in
  • Supabase (PostgreSQL) — data storage
  • Google Sign-In — authentication only (if you use Google)

We do not use third-party analytics in the app (e.g. Firebase Analytics).

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Your statistics and history are stored in Supabase while you use your account. To delete your data:

  • Sign out in the app — data on the device is cleared
  • To request full deletion of server (Supabase) data, contact us at: info@calculino.ge

5. Children's Privacy

Calculino is designed for school-age students. Google Sign-In is not recommended for children under 13 without parental consent. Child accounts are usually created with a parent-provided code.

6. Changes to This Policy

When this policy is updated, we will post the new date on this page. For significant changes, a notification will appear in the app.
