Refund Policy

Calculino Premium payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), the Merchant of Record responsible for all transactions including refunds.

1. 7-Day Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged.

2. Refunds

  • You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of payment.
  • After 14 days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis (e.g. technical issues, accidental charge).
  • Paddle processes refunds within 5–10 business days.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Paddle Customer Portal — link provided in your Paddle confirmation email

4. Exceptions

  • Subscriptions cancelled after 14 days are not eligible for a refund.
  • Charges after the trial period are generally non-refundable, except in cases of technical error.
